The City Watch House has decreed the following rules....
1...Breaking and Entering with intent to have fun
2...Lingering with intent to cross a road to reach the Mended Drum or Seamstress Guild
3...Being in possession of an offensive shirt
4...Getting your act together is a punishable offense
5...No unlicenced theiving unless instructed by the Watch
6...Must be caught at the Mended Drum at least once a day
7...For fear of a coronary, no-one and we mean no-one, walks out of the Mended Drum
